Wholesale Orders
Local Bloke Wholesalers supplies products on a wholesale-only basis to approved customers. All orders are processed once received via Fieldfolio or approved ordering methods.
Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, order size, and carrier availability.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
- Freight charges will be confirmed at the time of ordering or included on your invoice.
- Any special delivery requirements must be discussed prior to order confirmation.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within normal business hours.
- Dispatch timeframes may vary during peak periods or for large/custom orders.
- Customers will be notified if there are any delays or stock availability issues.
Risk & Responsibility
Once goods have been dispatched, risk transfers to the customer. Local Bloke Wholesalers is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers; however, we will assist where possible.
Returns Policy
Change of Mind
As a wholesale supplier, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty:
- You must notify Local Bloke Wholesalers within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos and a description of the issue may be required
- Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted
Where a claim is approved, we may offer:
- Replacement stock
- Credit note
- Refund (at our discretion)
Incorrect Items
If incorrect items are supplied:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
We will arrange replacement or credit once the issue is confirmed.
Custom & Printed Products
Custom-made or location-specific printed products cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
